Refund policy

If you decide your purchase isn’t quite right, you have 15 days following the delivery to exchange or request store credit. To ensure a successful exchange or store credit, please ensure the item is in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact.

Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.

Return packages must be postmarked within 15 days following the delivery. Return packages postmarked after the 15 days may be subject to denial. 

Items returned in acceptable condition with an allowable postmark date can be exchanged for an item of equal value or returned for a Tinylocs Store credit (excluding tax and shipping cost). Exchanges are subject to additional shipping cost. 

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping when returning items for exchange or store credit.

Tinylocs reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive exchange activity.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or request for store credit on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
All sales are final. Customers may exchange items or return items for store credit.
